Refund Policy – Coal & Crown Barbershop At Coal & Crown, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional grooming experiences. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully: 1. Services All services provided are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary fix or adjustment with the same barber, if appropriate. 2. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 3 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service price). No-shows will be charged the full service amount. If you paid in advance and missed your appointment without notice, no refund will be issued. 3. Products (if applicable) If you purchased grooming products from us: Refunds or exchanges are only offered for unopened and unused items within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. We do not accept returns on hygiene products (e.g., combs, razors) for safety reasons. 4. Gift Cards All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
