Terms & Conditions Last updated: May 2025 Welcome to Coal & Crown. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms. We keep things classy — and clear. 1. Appointments & Cancellations 1.1. Appointments can be booked online or in-store. 1.2. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 6 hours' notice. 1.3. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in cancellation or reduced service time. 2. Payments 2.1. We accept all major cards, mobile payments, and cash. 2.2. Prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise. 2.3. No-show fees may apply. 3. Gift Cards & Promotions 3.1. Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months. 3.2. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless specified. 4. Health & Safety 4.1. For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service if skin or scalp conditions pose a risk. 4.2. Please inform your barber of any allergies or sensitivities before your session. 5. Liability 5.1. While we take pride in our craft, Coal & Crown is not liable for reactions to products used during your service. 5.2. Personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times. 6. Privacy 6.1. Any personal data collected (e.g. for bookings) is securely stored and never shared without consent. 6.2. You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. 7. Changes to Terms 7.1. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
